Our Mission:
We are Patient Safety Reporting System (PSRS), a Patient Safety Organization whose mission is to promote a culture of safety within health care environments by providing confidential reporting of medical errors and associated assessment and recommendations for corrective action.
Our Services:
Utilizing the PSRS patient safety evaluation system, human factors and licensed medical professionals provide a comprehensive set of services to assist health care providers. We use our extensive background in applying human factors to reduce medical errors to provide the following:
· Review and evaluation of provider patient safety work product.
· Confidential analysis of provider medical incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions,
including recommendations and follow-up evaluations.
· Strategic assessment of reported medical errors to identify human factor and systemic
errors in particular areas.
